We took our baby out for a walk with the Valco Ion baby stroller, and on the 5th time, when suddenly, the stroller collapsed!!! Luckily I was able to hold the stroller when it happened so it did not totally tip over with our baby in it. My wife quickly took our 3 month out of the stroller while I was holding the stroller from tipping over. Took the stroller home and this is the defect that I have found... it appears the clipping mechanism at the base wore off and it no longer locks the bracket in place, major design flaw!!! Imagine this happened to your stroller when you are crossing a major intersection, or entering/exiting an elevator or worse, a subway train?
